Since March 2002, CSP, Inc. has assisted individuals with disabilities with finding and maintaining fulfilling employment opportunities in work settings of the individual’s choosing.

CSP, Inc. has been a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) with the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (KOVR) since 2009 and an Employment Network (EN) with Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program since 2010.  In partnership with these organizations, CSP, Inc. has provided employment and retention services, career counseling, job placement services, ongoing job supports and aids, and benefits counseling to hundreds of consumers.  Our consumers have varied disability types including mental, physical, learning, and developmental disabilities; blind/vision impaired individuals; deaf/hearing impaired individuals; and veterans with disabilities.

Our organization is also an employer of persons with disabilities.  Since 2002, CSP, Inc. has employed thousands of individuals with disabilities throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
