Trish Roberts is wife, mother, daughter, sister, pharmacist, educator, leader, and a friend. Married for over 25 years, Trish and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful children and two very spoiled dogs.
Trish’s career journey has been one of growth, service, and purpose. She began with Kroger at age 16, working her way up from cashier to pharmacy manager while also mentoring future pharmacists. After retiring from Kroger in 2017, Trish’s passion for helping others led her to Community Services Project (CSP), where she started as an Employment Specialist with the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. She soon expanded her expertise by becoming a Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program. As Trish’s leadership grew, she began guiding HR, compliance, and organizational development at CSP. In 2019, she stepped into her current role as President and CEO, leading the organization with integrity, compassion, and vision. For Trish, CSP isn’t just a workplace — it’s a calling.
